Tre Adams

Managing Partner / Realtor

With community at heart, Tre became a real estate agent in 2017 to help families build wealth through buying, selling and investing in real estate. He quickly found success, closing 25 units in just 6 short months and was named the 2017 Keller Williams Regional Rookie of the Year. Shortly thereafter he partnered with another agent and created the Signature Group. In only his second year in the business, he nearly doubled his volume placing him in the 2018 Platinum Circle with 8.6M in closed volume.

Receiving a five-star review on Zillow, Tre has built his business on referrals from loyal clientele and social media following. You can expect Tre to implement the highest standards of integrity and honesty at all times. As a community advocate, Tre spends his time educating and applying his expertise throughout the Twin Cities by teaching the Minnesota Homeownership Center approved 'Homestretch' classes to first time home buyers.

Lasha Raddatz

Lasha Raddatz has been in the real estate industry for 16 years. After starting her career in Commercial Real Estate, focusing on property management and lease renewals, she decided she wanted to be actively involved in helping families realize the dream of home ownership and create generational wealth with Residential real estate. After working two years as a Broker/owners assistant, it became evident that she needed to focus solely on her own business that was flourishing greatly!

Lasha has assisted many in the community with their real estate transactions over her career. From first-timers with bruised credit, newlyweds, to the families that have outgrown their residences, to the baby boomers downsizing, and the investors of the world, her quest is to be your Realtor for life. She feels it's extremely important to educate and guide her clients through some of the largest purchases/sales that they will ever make. Her greatest joy is when clients become friends and family. Julia Israel

Managing Partner / Realtor

Julia has been helping people achieve their goals of homeownership and/or real estate success for over 18 years. As a licensed real estate broker and community advocate, Julia has established relationships with hundreds of real estate professionals and community leaders, making it easy to connect buyers with sellers and skillfully navigate through some of the toughest real estate transactions.

As an educator for the MN Association of REALTORS and the MN Homeownership Center, Julia has the experience and knowledge to honestly and effectively assist clients from “listing to sold” efficiently with top dollar. With community as her focus, she currently serves as President of the Twin Cities National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), on the MN Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and as chair and co-founder of Umoja Community Development.

Emanuele Nembrini


Emanuele has been in the real estate world for the previous 3 years. Starting off as an agent and transitioning into the Director of Operations position full time overlooking transactions, marketing, and systems. His passions lie in Real Estate, Investing, and Entrepreneurship and is what got him into the real estate business to begin with. He understands the importance of wealth building and goal setting and wants to assist others in these topics while he pursues his own dreams and aspirations moving forward. In his free time Emanuele enjoys expanding his mind through the reading of books, building his physical health through his gym routine, and cultivating his creativity through graphic design and meditation.

Styles Adams


Meet Styles! Styles is a licensed Realtor for The Signature Group in both Minnesota and Georgia. He helped scale The Signature Group from its humble beginnings managing all of the team’s real estate transactions, making sure that all of the i’s were dotted, t’s were crossed, and deadlines were met as the Director Of Operations. Styles now is a full time Realtor and resides in Georgia focusing on expanding the high quality of service The Signature Group provides to the Atlanta community.

Styles is a Minneapolis native and currently holds a degree in Marketing and Architecture from Mankato State University.

Olu Olowo


Olu has been in real estate for just over a year now and has already become one of the top producing agents in the office. With his experience in providing top notch customer service to his insurance clients and pairing it with his understanding of the real estate market and support of The Signature Group, Olu is everything you're looking for when it comes to being represented by a Realtor.

In his free time he enjoys playing guitar in his band, and being involved in creating a better Nigeria.

Transaction coordinator

Emma only recently began her real estate career but it has always been something she has seen herself doing. Earning her bachelors degree in marketing and international business. Studying abroad in London and traveling throughout Europe allowed her to improve her relationship building skills and this has carried over into her time in the workforce.

Emma came from the image consulting industry and through that period of time learned how to maintain and form new/long lasting relationships working with high up executives on a daily basis. This gave her a level of professionalism that has helped her grow in many ways. The main takeaway from her time in that industry is the importance of communication and following through, she saw real estate as the perfect opportunity to utilize those skills and emphasize on them!

Having the opportunity to assist in making home ownership a reality for home buyers has become a passion of hers. Emma says ”I think about how stressful it would be for me if I was going through the process of owning a home and I think about that every time I am helping those families. Seeing the positive impact we as a team can have on families live’s drives me to be better than I was before everyday.

Kevin Flicek


Kevin left the corporate world to pursue his real estate career to help individuals and families achieve homeownership. His knowledge in real estate, combined with his years of experience in technology and marketing, allows him to be a valuable resource for his clients. He prides himself on providing superior customer service and going above and beyond aside from real estate, Kevin mentors young artists and entrepreneurs on how to start their own business. Kevin is a lifelong learner and holds an MBA from Augsburg University.
